a. What kind of restaurant is the Wireless Cafe?
The Shanghai Wireless Cafe is Shanghai newest, most modern and most exciting cafe to date in China. Their cuisine is a contemporary interpretation of classical Chinese cuisine.
b. What are the attractions of the Wireless Cafe?
The attractions are it offers totally free wireless coverage, Bluetooth printing and peripheral services, as well as wireless connectivity for presentation and display needs. It is equipped with latest IT facilities and convenient for business discussions. Its location also makes it very attractive place for people to visit it which is on the famous Bund along the Huangpu River.
c. What is the organizational structure of the Wireless Cafe?
There is a free, wireless internet access in the café and the people in the café are able to exchange messages from a table to another.

Wireless Cafe implement an online communication system with local fisherman and face information and communication technology pressure when they have to learn them how to use the system properly. Cafe's inventory and ordering systems were integrated into a single, web-based portal.
3. What market and societal pressures are unique to the hospitality industry in general and to the Wireless Cafe in particular?
For the social pressure I believe people demands is one of them because even in one family each member of the family has his own demand and taste, So, it’s a pressure on the café to satisfy the demands of all of his customers. And for the market pressure I believe that change of the price of supplies is a pressure on the café because if the price of a necessary supply in the café gets higher in the market it will cause financial problems to the café.
